Studio Q

Studio Q Photography is owned by me, Jacqueline Cooper.  I am a natural light, on-location photographer located in Madison, Wisconsin.  My specialty is High School Senior Photography.

I have always loved photography - developing my first black & white film back in middle school (or was it high school??).  But I didn't start out wanting to be a photographer...I followed a different path for many years.  I have a bachelors degree from UW-Madison (triple major: Chemistry, Biochemistry and Molecular Biology!) and after working for a number of years as a chemist/product manager, getting married and having 2 children - I decided to take the plunge and went to school to earn a degree in photography from Madison Area Technical College.  It didn't take me long to figure out that I wanted to specialize in: photographing high school seniors.  There is nothing better than wandering around a location capturing the personality and style of a senior!!
